Joining the Management Committee (MC).

If your country is a COST member state which is not currently represented in the action (see www.cost.esf.org/index.php?id=181&action_number=929), please contact your COST National Coordinator (You can find their contact details at http://w3.cost.esf.org/index.php?61) with your request to join the Action.

If your country is NOT a COST member state, please e-mail the Chair (nigel.cook@fera.gsi.gov.uk) with a formal request to join the Action. This request must include your CV and a short description of your Institute.

Management committee members from COST countries can be reimbursed for attendance at meetings and are eligible to vote at MC meetings. MC participants from non COST countries are not eligible to vote at MC meetings and will not receive reimbursement for attendance at COST 929 meetings. Joining the Working Groups (WG).

Participation in the Working Groups is only open to people from countries which have signed the COST 929 MoU or have declared an intention to sign

(see www.cost.esf.org/index.php?id=181&action_number=929).

If you wish to join a WG, please e-mail the relevant WG leader (see Working Group pages) with your request to join. When the WG leader approves your request, your details will be entered onto the relevant WG page and you will be sent the passwords for entering the secure area.

Attendance at WG meetings for non-MC members will normally be at thier own expense.
